Cand eram mica si mergeam cu mama in oras, ma ducea sa mancam Banana Split :) Cat de mult imi placea, era un adevarat rasfat. Am vrut sa reconstitui aceasta reteta clasica tipic americana intr-o varianta mai sanatoasa. Banana split vegana. Un desert super rapid si mai ales de efect :)

Ingrediente (2 portii):

  • 2 banane
  • 6 cupe de inghetata vegana de ciocolata*
  • 4 lg crema de cocos
  • 2 lg arahide crude
  • o mana de visine

Taiem bananele in doua pe lung, asezam jumatatile pe doua farfurii si punem in mod egal inghetata peste ele. *Aveti 2 variante: puteti face in casa inghetata (aveti aici o reteta) sau o puteti cumpara (gasiti aici sau la Mega Image inghetata Valsoia). Peste inghetata adaugam cate doua linguri de crema de cocos, presaram arahidele tocate grosier si la final punem cate o visina pe ici pe colo. O nebunie! :)

ENGLISH VERSION

When I was little my mother used to take me out and we’d have Banana Splits :) Oh, how I loved that, it was such a treat. I wanted a remake of this classic american recipe, in a healthier way. Vegan banana split. A super easy and pretty dessert :)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 2 bananas
  • 6 scoops of vegan chocolate ice-cream*
  • 4 tbsp coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp raw peanuts
  • a handful of cherries

Cut the bananas in half lengthwise, place them on two plates and top them with ice cream scoops. *You have 2 options: you can make your own ice cream (you have a recipe here) or you can buy vegan soy chocolate from the store. Top everything with 2 spoons of coconut cream, sprinkle the roughly chopped peanuts and arrange cherries here and there. What a delight! :) Enjoy!
