Stiti acele batoane cu susan din comert? Sunt foarte, foarte bune, dar eu am descoperit o reteta si mai grozava, raw, fara zahar, absolut delicioasa si foarte simplu de facut acasa :) O gustare dulce sanatoasa, cu multi nutrienti: batoane raw cu susan.

Ingrediente (10 buc):

Amestecam semintele de susan, nuca de cocos, migdalele macinate si un praf de sare. Intr-un castron separat batem cu un tel micut pasta de tahini, mierea si uleiul de cocos. Turnam acest amestec peste cel uscat si combinam bine totul cu o spatula.

Presam compozitia obtinuta intr-o tava tapetata cu folie alimentara (am folosit o forma de chec) si o introducem in congelator timp de o ora, cat sa se intareasca. Portionam batoanele si le savuram fara remuscari :) Le pastram in congelator.

*Keto/Low-carb: folositi un indulcitor adecvat: eritritol, tagatozaGreen Sugar, xylitol, stevie dupa gust.

ENGLISH VERSION

You know those store bought sesame bars? They’re really good, but I discovered a greater recipe, raw, sugar-free, absolutely delicious and easy to make at home :) A healthy, nutrient filled sweet snack: raw sesame bars.

Ingredients (10 pcs):

  • 2 cups sesame seeds (300g)
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes (50g)
  • 1/2 cup finely ground almonds (100g)
  • 1/2 cup tahini (100g)
  • 1/3 cup honey or agave syrup (100g)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (50g)

Mix the sesame seeds, coconut flakes and ground almonds with a pinch of salt. In a separate bowl whisk the tahini, honey and coconut oil. Pour this over the dry ingredients and combine everything well with a spatula.

Press the obtained mixture onto the bottom of a dish lined with baking paper (I used a rectangular bun tray) and place in the freezer for 1 hour, enough to harden a little. Cut rectangular bars and enjoy right away :) Store in the freezer.
