Vine vara si deserturile trebuie sa fie proportionale cu lungimea rochitelor, adica din ce in ce mai light :D Ne vine in ajutor indulcitorul natural din stevie cu 0 calorii, Green Sugar, my love :) Azi am facut niste super bezele fara zahar, aerate, dulci si crocante si cu foaaaarte putine calorii :) Si nu-i asa ca au iesit super dragute? :)

Ingrediente (28 de buc):

Simplu de tot: batem spuma cu mixerul toate ingredientele pana obtinem o compozitie ferma, fina si lucioasa care, ridicata deasupra capului, nu curge :) Punem compozitia itnr-un pos cu varf stelat si formam bezele pe tava tapetata cu hartie de copt. Mie mi-au iesit 28 de bucati.

Introducem tava in cuptorul preincalzit la 120C si coacem bezelele 30 de min, apoi le lasam sa se raceasca in tava. Dupa ce s-au racit complet le desprindem cu grija si le savuram cu ce dorim: frisca, fructe, inghetata… :) Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION 

Summer’s right around the corner and our desserts have to be as light as the length of our dresses :D Today I made super yummy sugar-free meringues, fluffy, sweet and crunchy with sooo little calories :) Thank you, Green Sugar, my love! :)

Ingredients (28 pcs):

  • 2 egg whites
  • 60 g stevia erythriol
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla erythriol
  • 1 pinch of salt

Super simple: just beat all the ingredients with a mixer until firm, smooth and fluffy. The mixture should not drip if lifted above your head :) Using a piping bag, form the meringues on a large tray lined with baking paper. I got 28 pieces out of these quantities.

Bake in the preheated oven at 120 C for 30 min, then let them cool on the tray. Once completely chilled, carefully remove them from the baking paper and enjoy right away :)
