Biscuim din nou :) Am venit de la Conferinta Bloggerilor Culinari cu mult chef de gatit! :)) Acesti biscuiti cu quinoa si migdale sunt foarte simpli, au putine ingrediente, dar multi nutrienti si sunt fara E-uri, aditivi, indulcitori artificiali si ce prostioare mai contin cei din comert :) Enjoy!

Ingrediente (20 buc):

Punem in robotul de bucatarie faina de migdale, faina de quinoa, praful de copt si un praf de sare si mixam cat sa se amestece bine, apoi adaugam treptat mierea si uleiul de cocos pana obtinem un aluat faramicios. Tinem la rece aluatul 15 minute, apoi il rulam cu sucitorul intre 2 hartii de copt intr-un strat gros cam de 0.5 cm si decupam biscuiteii cat de frumos putem :) Obtinem cam 20 de biscuiti pe care ii coacem aprox 10-15 min, pana se rumenesc frumos. Eu i-am papat cu gem de zmeura :) Deliciosi!

We’ve got cookiezzz again :) I came back from the 2014 Food Bloggers Conference eager to cook! :)) These quinoa almond cookies are very simple, with few ingredients, but many nutrients and without artificial ingredients like the ones we buy :) Enjoy!

Ingredients (20 pcs):

  • 1 cup quinoa flour (you can make it at home, here’s a video tutorial)
  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour (or finely ground almonds)
  • 1/2 cup honey (maple syrup or agave syrup for vegans)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Place the quinoa flour, almond flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt in the food processor and process well, then gradually add the honey and coconut oil until you get a crumbly dough. Put the dough in the fridge for 15 min, then roll it with a rolling pin between 2 sheets of baking paper about 0.5 cm thick. Cut out cookies as nicely as you can, then bake them for about 10-12 min, until golden brown. I ate them with raspberry jam :) Delicious!

    • Buna Daniela, poti folosi o cana normala de ceai. Legat de miere, eu stiam ca doar isi pierde din beneficii prin incalzire (turta dulce se face cu miere de sute de ani cred), dar poti folosi sirop de agave sau artar daca iti e teama ;) O zi frumoasa!
