Ajung eu acasa vineri si ma gandesc ce sa fac bun de rontait pentru Ilinca, dar ceva hranitor acolo pentru copil, cu unt, branza, ou… Asa am incropit aceasta reteta geniala de biscuiti pufosi cu branza, carora le-am adaugat si seminte de canepa pt extra nutrienti; voi puteti pune ce seminte va plac. Suuuuuper buni, crocanti la exterior si fragezi inauntru, sunt un deliciu, jur, rontaiala perfecta pentru pitici! :)

Ingrediente (24 de buc):

  • 100g unt
  • 150g iaurt grecesc
  • 250g faina + extra pt framantat
  • 1 ou
  • 100g telemea desarata*
  • 30g seminte (de canepa, 2 linguri)
  • 1/2 lgt praf de copt bio
  • 1 galbenus (pentru uns)

Maruntim branza si untul cu furculita, apoi amestecam foarte bine toate ingredientele, pana rezulta o bila de aluat pe care o transferam pe o suprafata pudrata cu faina. Framantam putin pana obtinem o compozitie omogena, apoi intindem cu sucitorul o foaie groasuta de aprox 5-6mm. Pudrati si planseta si sucitorul cu faina din belsug, aluatul e lipicios.

Decupam formele dorite, le transferam pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, ungem biscuitii cu galbenus si presaram putina cateva seminte deasupra, optional. Ii coacem 15 min la 180 C, atentie, cu ventilatia pornita, astfel se rumenesc frumos repede si devin crocanti la exterior :) Rontaiala placuta!

I got home this Friday evening and wanted to make a healthy snack for Ilinca, something with butter, cheese, eggs… So I came up with these amazing fluffy cheese biscuits, I added some hemp seeds to make them even more nutritious, but you can put any seeds you like. These biscuits are super delicious, crunchy on the outside and tender inside, they’re just the perfect snack for kids! :)

Ingredients (24 pcs):

  • 100 g butter
  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 250 g faina + extra for kneading
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g desalted fresh cheese
  • 30 g seeds (hemp seeds, 2 tbsp)
  • 1/2 tsp organic baking powder
  • 1 egg yolk (for topping)

Mash the cheese and butter with a fork, then mix well all the ingredients until a ball of dough forms. Transfer the dough on a surface sprinkles with flour and roll into a 5-6 mm thick sheet. Powder the surface and rolling pin with plenty of flour, the dough is sticky.

Cut out the desired shapes, transfer them to a large tray lined with baking paper, grease them with egg yolk and sprinkle more seeds on them if you want. Bake the for 15 min in the preheated oven at 18-C, with the ventilation on, because that’s how they become golden crisp, crunchy on the outside and just perfect :) Happy nibbling!
