Imi plac briosele sarate foarte mult, mai ales la micul dejun cu putin unt si rosii, iar aceste briose aperitiv cu praz sunt grozave de luat la pachet la birou sau la picnic, acum ca a venit vremea frumoasa :) Vor fi cu siguranta si pe placul copiilor mofturosi, care nu vor sa manance legume :)

Ingrediente (12 buc):

  • 200g faina alba
  • 1 fir de praz mediu, tocat marunt
  • 100g emmentaler ras
  • 100ml lapte
  • 2 oua
  • 100ml ulei vegetal
  • 1 lgt praf de copt
  • 1/2 lgt bicarbonat de sodiu
  • 1/2 lgt nucsoara
  • 1/2 lgt sare

Amestecam ingredientele uscate (faina, nucsoara, praful de copt, bicarbonatul si sarea, iar separat mixam ouale, laptele, uleiul. Combinam cele 2 amestecuri si la final incorporam emmentaler-ul ras si prazul tocat marunt.

Impartim compozitia in 12 forme de briose tapetate cu hartii speciale si dragute :) Introducem tava la cuptor pentru aproximativ 20-25 de minute la 180C, pana briosele trec testul scobitorii. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

I absolutely love these muffins, especially for breakfast with butter and tomatoes. They are great to enjoy at work or at a picnic, now that there’s such a lovely weather outside :)

Ingredients (12 pcs):

  • 200 g plain flour
  • 1 medium leek, finely chopped
  • 100 g emmentaler, finely grated
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Mix all the dry ingredients until combined (flour, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, salt), separately whisk the eggs, milk and oil. Combine the 2 mixture and fold in the grated emmentaler and finely chopped leek.

Divide the mixture into 12 muffin cases lined with baking papers and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 mins at 180 C, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Enjoy!
