Imi plac briosele acestea foarte mult, mai ales la micul dejun cu putin unt si rosii. Sunt grozave de luat la pachet la birou sau la picnic, acum ca a venit vremea frumoasa :) Briose aperitiv cu praz.

Ingrediente (12 bucati)

  • 175g faina alba
  • 1 fir de praz mediu, tocat marunt
  • 75g emmentaler ras
  • 50ml lapte
  • 1 ou batut
  • 100ml ulei vegetal
  • 1 lgt praf de copt
  • 1/2 lgt bicarbonat de sodiu
  • 1/2 lgt nucsoara
  • 1 lgt sare

Amestecam ingredientele uscate pana la omogenizare, apoi turnam deasupra laptele, oul si uleiul. Adaugam apoi prazul si emmentaler-ul, amestecand cu grija si punem compozitia in tava de briose tapetata cu hartii speciale si dragute :) Introducem tava la cuptor pentru aproximativ 20-25 de minute la 180C, pana briosele trec testul scobitorii. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

I absolutely love these muffins, especially for breakfast with butter and tomatoes. They are great to enjoy at work or at a picnic, now that there’s such a lovely weather outside :)

Ingredients (12 pieces)

  • 175 g plain flour
  • 1 medium leek, finely chopped
  • 75 g emmentaler, finely grated
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • 100 ml vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp salt

Mix all the dry ingredients until combined, then stir in the milk, egg and oil. Gently fold in the leek and emmentaler. Spoon the mixture evenly into the muffin paper cases and place in the oven. Bake for about 20-25 mins at 180C, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Enjoy!
