Briose fara gluten, fara zahar, fara lactate, cu continut proteic ridicat, super aromate, pufoase si delicioase! :) Daca aveti banane care sunt foarte coapte, reteta aceasta e o solutie grozava de a face ceva bun cu ele inainte sa se strice :) Briose cu banane si unt de migdale.

Ingrediente (12 buc):

Decojim bananele si introducem in robotul de bucatarie toate ingredientele, mixand bine pana obtinem o compozitie omogena. Impartim compozitia in 12 forme pentru briose tapetate cu hartiute speciale si le coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 170C timp de aprox 25 de min. Pofta mare!

*Faina de cocos are o textura foarte diferita si este extrem de absorbanta fata de alte faini, nu incercati sa o substituiti in reteta cu altceva.

ENGLISH VERSION

Sugar, gluten and dairy free muffins, with high protein content, super fluffy and tasty! If you have overripe bananas, this recipe is a great idea to use them before they’ve gone bad :) Almond butter banana muffins.

Ingredients (12 pcs):

  • 250 g almond butter
  • 2 bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • 4-5 tbsp maple syrup
  • 50 g coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp sodium bicarbonate

Peel the bananas and place everything in the food processor, processing until smooth. Spoon the mixture into 12 muffin cases and bake in the preheated oven at 170 C for 25 min. Enjoy!

*Coconut flour has a very different and absorbent texture compared to other flours, do not substitute by anything in this recipe.
