Briose delicioase dense si lipicioase, cu consistenta divina de negresa: briose cu cartof dulce si ciocolata. Trebuie neaparat sa le incercati, sunt geniale! :)

Ingrediente (12 buc):

Taiem fructul de avocado pe jumatate, aruncam samburele si scoatem pulpa cu o lingura. Mixam in robotul de bucatarie toate ingredientele (mai putin fulgii de ciocoata) pana obtinem o crema fina, satinata, apoi incorporam cipsurile de ciocolata, pastrand cateva si pentru topping. Punem compozitia in 12 forme de silicon pentru briose,presaram deasupra chipsurile de ciocolata ramase si le coacem aprox 30 de min in cuptorul preincalzit la 170C. Dupa ce s-au racit putin, le scoatem din forme si le savuram :) Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION 

Delicious gooey, sticky muffins with a moist brownie texture: sweet potato chocolate muffins. You’ve got to try them, they’re amazing! :)

Ingredients (12 pcs):

  • 300 g boiled sweet potato (1 medium piece)
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 40 g low fat cocoa
  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 g sugar-free chocolate chips

Cut the avocado in half, discard the pit and spoon out the pulp. Process all the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) until you get a smooth, satin texture, then fold in the chocolate chips, saving a few for the topping. Spoon the mixture in 12 silicone muffin cases, sprinkle the remaining chips on top and bake for 30 min at 170 C. After cooling a little, remove from the cases and dig in! :)
