Aceste briose foarte aromate si consistente sunt ideale pentru o gustare sanatoasa si energizanta :) O ceasca de ceai de musetel si vanilie alaturi si nu-mi mai trebuie nimic :)

Ingrediente (8 briose):

Batem albusurile spuma, adaugam apoi treptat uleiul, galbenusurile si mierea. Separat amestecam ingredientele uscate: faina de migdale, praful de copt, vanilia si scortisoara. Si un praf de sare :) Combinam cele 2 amestecuri si punem compozitia cu o lingura in forme de silicon pentru briose. Le coacem cam 25-30 min, pana trec testul scobitorii. Le pudram cu scortisoara si le savuram :) Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

These very flavored and filling muffins are just perfect for a healthy and energizing snack :) A cup of chamomile vanilla tea and that’s all I need :)

Ingredients (8 muffins):

  • 1, 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks, then gradually add the oil, egg folks and honey. In a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients: almond flour, baking powder, vanilla and cinnamon. And a pinch of salt :) Combine the 2 mixtures, wet and dry and spoon into 8 silicon muffin cases. Bake them for about 25-30 min, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Powder with cinnamon and enjoy!

    • Buna Nicoleta, nu am incercat reteta aceasta fara oua, deci nu stiu ce sa zic, dar am alte retete de briose vegane pe blog ;) O zi frumoasa!
