Azi am experimentat o reteta noua de briose perfecte pentru pitici, gustoase si hranitoare :) Briose cu morcovi si cereale, indulcite cu banana si miere. Contin cereale crocante, morcov si seminte, sunt o bunatate de gustare pufoasa pt pitici, cel putin Ilincai i-au placut foarte mult :)

Ingrediente (12 briose):

Amestecam intr-un bol ingredientele uscate: faina, praful de copt si scortisoara. Separat batem ouale intregi pana isi tripleaza volumul. In alt vas pasam cu furculita banana si o amestecam cu ulei, vanilie si miere.

In compozitia de oua, micsorand viteza mixerului, o adaugam pe cea de banana, ulei si miere. Adaugam apoi usor si amestecul de faina. La final incorporam morcovul dat pe razatoarea mare, cerealele crocante si semintele de canepa.

Impartim compozitia in 12 forme de briose taperate cu hartiute speciale, adaugam extra topping crocant din cereale pe jumatate din ele sau pe cate doriti :) Le coacem 20-25 min la 180C, pana trec testul scobitorii. Foaaarte bune! :)

ENGLISH VERSION 

Today I tried a new muffin recipe, perfect for kids. Carrot cereal muffins, sweetened with honey and banana, containing also crunchy cereals, carrot and seeds, so fluffy and delicious that Ilinca liked them a lot :)

Ingredients (12 muffins):

  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 carrot (75 g)
  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds*
  • 50 g crunchy cereals + extra for the topping

Mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, cinnamon. Separately beat the eggs until they triple in size. In another bowl mash the banana and mix it with the honey, oil and vanilla.

Slowly add the wet mixture into the egg mixture. Gently add also the flour mixture and, in the end, fold in the grated carrot, cereal and hemp seeds.

Divide the mixture into 12 muffin cases,add the crunchy cereal topping and bake for about 20-25 min at 180 C until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Enjoy! :)
