Mai sunt doar cateva zile pana la intalnirea cu bebelusa si, ca sa treaca timpul mai repede, am zis sa ne rasfatam, ca fetele, cu o gustare dulce: briose de post cu ciocolata si merisoare. Dulci, pufoase si haioase :)

Ingrediente (18 briose):

Amestecam ingredientele uscate cu un tel: faina, pudra de cacao, zaharul brun, praful de copt, bicarbonatul de sodiu si un praf de sare. Adaugam apoi laptele si uleiul si amestecam bine. Incorporam merisoarele deshidratate, pastrand cateva si pentru presarat deasupra fiecarei briose. Eu am folosit forme de silicon pentru o usoara desprindere ulterioara. Coacem briosele 30 de minute in cuptorul preincalzit la foc mediu (170C), apoi le lasam la racit pe un gratar. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

There are just a few days left until I’ll meet my precious baby girl, so I thought some baking would make time go by faster :) I prepared these delicious fluffy vegan chocolate cranberry muffins :)

Ingredients (18 muffins):

  • 300 g white flour
  • 50 g cocoa
  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp sodium bicarbonate
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 300 ml almond milk
  • 150 ml canola oil
  • 200 g dried cranberries

Gently whisk all the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, brown sugar, baking powder, sodium bicarbonate and a pinch of salt. Add the almond milk and canola oil and mix well. Fold in the dried cranberries, saving a few to place on top of each muffin. I used silicon cases so that the dough doesn’t stick. Bake the muffins for about 30 min in the preheated oven at medium heat (170 C), then let them cool on a rack. Enjoy!
