Paine integrala proaspata, rumenita si crocanta, ciuperci zemoase, usturoi aromat si crema de branza tofu… Va tenteaza aceste bruschete? Sunt de post ;)

Ingrediente (2 portii)

  • 500g ciuperci
  • 2 catei de usturoi
  • 100g tofu silken (gasiti aici sau, mai simplu, tofu taiat cubulete)
  • 2 pave integrale (sau 4 felii de paine integrala, cu seminte etc)
  • 2 lg ulei de masline
  • sare, piper

Intr-o tigaie calim putin cateii de usturoi pisati in cele 2 linguri de ulei, adaugam ciupercile si branza tofu. Lasam pe foc cam 5 minute, amestecand usor. Asezam compozitia pe jumatati de pave rumenite in cuptor. Rasnim sare si piper deasupra. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

Freshly roasted bread, nice and crunchy, juicy mushrooms, garlic and tofu cream cheese… Do these bruchettas tempt you? They’re vegan as well :)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 g silken tofu (or chopped tofu)
  • 2 wholewheat small bread loafs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Saute the cloves of garlic in a pan in the oil, add the mushrooms and tofu. Let it cook for about 5 min, gently stirring. place the mixture on oven roasted halves of bread loaves. Grind salt and pepper on top. Enjoy!
