Vine weekendul si cred ca toata lumea vrea sa pregateasca ceva bun de savurat acasa, in parc, la picnic, la rude, prieteni sau pe unde aveti drum.
Va recomand un chec cu fructe si alune de padure, perfect alaturi de o ceasca de cafea cu cei dragi.

Ingrediente:

  • 200g unt
  • 200g zahar brun
  • 3 oua batute
  • 250g faina alba
  • 200g dovlecei dati pe razatoare
  • coaja rasa de la o portocala
  • 1 mar mare ras
  • 100g alune de padure (sau nuci, daca va plac mai mult)
  • 1 lgt praf de copt
  • 1 lgt scortisoara
  • 250g fructe uscate dupa pofta inimii

Maruntim alunele de padure in robot (pastram cateva si pentru decor), adaugam untul, zaharul, ouale, faina si praful de copt. Mixam bine. Apoi adaugam amestecand usor cu lingura dovleceii, marul ras, coaja de portocala, fructele uscate. Turnam compozitia in forma de chec tapetata cu hartie, asezam deasupra alunele ramase, si introducem la cuptor aprox 1 ora si 10 min sau pana trece testul scobitorii. ENGLISH VERSION

The weekends is coming and I think everyone wants to prepare a treat to enjoy at home, in the park, at a picnic, with friends and family. I recommend this fruit and hazelnut cake, perfect next to a cup pf tea with your dear ones.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 3 eggs lightly beaten
  • 250 g white flour
  • 200 g grated zucchini
  • zest of 1 orange
  • 1 large grated apple
  • 100 g hazelnuts (or walnuts, if you like them more)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 250 g dried fruits

Ground the hazelnuts in the food processor (save a few for the topping), add the butter, sugar, eggs, flour and baking powder. Mix everything well, then gently incorporate with a spoon the zucchini, apple, orange zest and dried fruits. Pour the mixture in a rectangular tray lines with baking paper and bake in the oven for about 1 hour and 10 min, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Have a sweet weekend!
