ENGLISH VERSION

Everyone knows we must avoid fried foods. But what about when we’re craving for meatballs? That’s simple: just bake them at high heat, they will turn out super tasty :) Do try these cute and tasty meatballs :)

Ingredients (34 pcs):

  • 500 g minced turkey meat
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 3-4 tbsp flour/breadscrumbs*
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • a few parsley threads
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper

Finely dice the onion, carrot, garlic and parsley, then mix well all the ingredients until the mixture is homogeneous and it sticks together. I recommend mincing your own meat with a meat grinder or by pulsing the meat pieces a couple of times in the food processor.

Wet your hands and mold the meatballs the size of a golf ball, place them on a tray lined with baking paper. And into the preheated oven at 200C until they turn brownish (about 25-30 min, depending on the oven). Enjoy!
