Mie imi place mult sa rontai chestii cand ma uit la un film, e guilty pleasure de-a mea, prin urmare experimentez mereu rontaieli sanatoase de casa :) Azi avem in meniu ceva bunnnnn de tot, low carb si fara gluten: crackers cu parmezan. Sunt senzationali, va garantez ca dupa ce incercati reteta veti face portii duble sau triple :D

Ingrediente (1 tava):

Amestecam bine toate ingredientele cu o lingura pana obtinem o bila de aluat moale pe care o introducem in frigider 15 min. Presaram extra faina, framantam si intindem aluatul cu un sucitor direct pe tava (eu am folosit o folie de silicon pentru copt).

Decupam crackersii folosind o rola pentru pizza sau un cutit lat si ii coacem aprox 20 min in cuptorul preincalzit la 170C, pana se rumenesc putin pe margini. Se vor desprinde usor, fiind deja taiati. Sunt geniali!

ENGLISH VERSION 

I love to nibble on crackers and salty biscuits when I watch movies, it’s a guilty pleasure of mine, so I always experiment this kind of treats :) Today’s menu features Parmesan cracker, gluten free and low carb. They’re amazing, I guarantee once you try this recipe you’ll double or triple the ingredients :D

Ingredients (1 tray):

  • 100 g almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 30 g butter
  • 30 g grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2-3 tbsp almond flour (for kneading)

Mix well all the ingredients until a ball of dough forms. Place it in the fridge for 15 min. Sprinkle extra flour, knead and roll the dough directly in the baking tray (I used a silicon baking mat).

Cut out the shapes using a pizza cutter and bake the crackers for 20 min in the preheated oven at 170 C, until the turn slightly brownish on the edges. Enjoy!
