Dimineata imi place sa mananc paine integrala prajita cu diverse chestii deasupra :) Pesto, humus, pasta de masline, zacusca, toate pe cat posibil facute in casa… Astazi am incercat ceva nou, super simplu si tare gustos. Imi veti multumi :) Crema de branza tofu. Un fel de Almette in varianta vegana. Delicioasa!

Ingrediente (2 portii):

  • 300g tofu (am folosit 1 cutie de tofu Inedit, in saramura)
  • 1 ceapa medie
  • 1/2 legatura de marar (voi incerca si varianta cu masline in loc de marar :D)
  • 3 lg ulei de masline
  • sare si piper dupa gust

Scurgem tofu, il taiem cubulete si il procesam in robotul de bucatarie pana e maruntit, apoi adaugam ceapa taiata in patru, ulei de masline si marar. Punem sare dupa gust, in functie de cat de sarat e tofu, si putin piper. P.S. – in poza vedeti doar o portie pentru ca mi-a fost foame rau :)) Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

In the morning I like to have wholewheat toast with different spreads :) Pesto, hummus, olive paste, vegetable spread… Today I tried something new, super simple and really tasty. You’ll thank me :) Tofu spread. A sort of vegan Almette. Delicious!

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 300 g tofu
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 bunch of fresh dill (I will also try using olives instead of dill :D)
  • salt and pepper

Drain the tofu, cut it into pieces and process it a little in the food processor. Then add the copped onion, olive oil and dill. Add salt and pepper to taste, depending on how salty the tofu is. P.S. – you can see only 1 serving in the photo because I was really hungry :)) Enjoy!
