A venit toamna si sunt pline pietele de fructe zemoase si parfumate. Mmmm, haideti sa facem un desert simplu cu fructe proaspete, topping crocant si scortisoara din belsug :) Crumble de toamna.  Simplu si in acelasi timp sofisticat :)

Ingrediente (6 portii):

Spalam si taiem fructele cubulete potrivite, le punem intr-un vas termorezistent. Turnam siroul de artar peste ele si o lingurita de scortisoara. Apoi ne apucam de toppingul crocant: punem in robotul de bucatarie fulgii de porumb, alunele de padure si migdalele. Pulsam de cateva ori cat sa se marunteasca grosier. Punem cu o lingura acest amestec uniform peste fructe si introducem vasul in cuptorul preincalzit la 170C, foc mediu, pentru aprox 30 de minute, pana fructele si-au lasat zeama si toppingul arata rumen si crrrrrrunchy :) Servim fierbinte cu iaurt de soia cu vanilie :) Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

Autumn is here and the markets are full of fresh, juicy fruit. Mmmm, let’s make a simple dessert with fresh fruit, crunchy topping and plenty of cinnamon :) Autumn crumble. Simple and yet sophisticated :)

Ingredients (6 servings):

  • 2 large sour apples
  • 2 large pears
  • 400 g plums
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup (or favorite sweetener)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup corn flakes
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • for serving: vanilla flavored soy yogurt

Wash the fruits, chop them and put them in a heat resistant dish. Pour the maple syrup over them and a teaspoon of cinnamon. Then prepare the crunchy topping: place the corn flakes, almonds and hazelnuts in the food processor and pulse a couple of times, to coarsely chop them. Spoon this mixture over the fruits and put the dish in the oven for about 30 min, until the lower part is juicy and the topping looks crunchy and brownish :) Serve hot with vanilla soy yogurt :) Enjoy!
