Despre mine

Bine ai venit pe pagina Madeline’s Cuisine! :)
Eu sunt Madalina si am pregatit pentru tine cu mult drag o colectie variata de retete, proprii sau preluate si adaptate din diverse surse de incredere.

Viata e prea frumoasa sa o petrecem doar in bucatarie, DAR alimentatia are un rol esential in sanatatea noastra fizica si psihica. Am descoperit asta pe pielea mea :)
Asa ca retetele mele sunt rapide, scurte si la obiect, pentru ca nu imi place sa pierd timpul :)

Madeline’s Cuisine este un proiect de suflet al meu, nascut din dorinta de a manca sanatos si echilibrat. Si pentru ca multa lume imi cerea retetele mancarurilor postate pe facebook :)
Imi place foarte mult sa gatesc, sa concep retete inedite, sa experimentez, sa folosesc ingrediente atent alese de mine. Imi place mancarea buna, dar care aduce beneficii atat sufletului cat si trupului.

Mentionez ca nu sunt de profesie bucatar, nutritionist sau doctor si nu ma declar atotstiutoare intr-ale alimentatiei. Asa ca te rog frumos sa nu imi sari in cap cu studiile cercetatorilor britanici daca nu esti de acord cu unele retete, combinatii de alimente sau ce ai mai citit tu pe internet ca dauneaza grav sanatatii :) Sunt adepta moderatiei si variatiei in alimentatie si blogul meu este un „happy place” unde nu vreau certuri si ganduri negative :)

Asa ca te poftesc la masa. Zen :)

Welcome to Madeline’s Cuisine! :)Madeline anniversary
I am Madalina and I prepared a wide collection of recipes, especially for you. Some are originally mine, others are taken and adapted from various reliable sources.

Life is too beautiful to be spent only in the kitchen, BUT food plays a major part in our physical, mental and spiritual health. I’ve learned that from my own experience :) So my recipes are short and fast, because I don’t like to waste time :)

Madeline’s Cuisine is a project very dear to me, born from the desire to eat healthy and balanced meals. And because everyone asked me about the recipes of the foods I posted on Facebook :) I really love to cook, to create innovative dishes, to experiment, to use carefully selected ingredients. I like good food that brings benefits to both body and soul.

I must mention that I am not a professional chef, doctor or nutritionist and I don’t claim that I am the ultimate Guru of food. So please don’t criticize me if you don’t approve with some of my recipes, food combinations or what you might have read on the internet is bad for your health :) I like moderation and variation when it comes to food and my blog is a happy place where I don’t want any argue or negative thinking :)
