Dragilor, visul meu e pe cale sa se implineasca, lucrez intens la prima mea carte de retete! :) Va iesi ceva minunat si foarte inedit, cu multe retete noi, tabele, liste de cumparaturi si sfaturi utile, totul cu design super frumos t :) Iata un mic preview, si anume cea mai buna reteta de inghetata raw de scortisoara! Efectiv nu am putut sa nu v-o impartasesc inainte :)

Ingrediente (4 portii):

Punem la hidratat nucile caju si curmalele fara samburi pentru 2 ore. Le scurgem si le punem in blender alaturi de restul ingredientelor, mai putin nucile pecan. Mixam bine pana obtinem o crema fina, satinata pe care o turnam intr-un vas pe care il introducem in frigider 2 ore, pana se raceste.

Turnam crema in vasul masinii de inghetata tinut in prealabil in congelator si lasam aparatul sa faca treaba. La final, cand inghetata are consistenta dorita, adaugam si nucile pecan tocate grosier. Turnam inghetata intr-o casoleta si o introducem in congelator inca o ora, pentru a se mai intari putin. Pofta mare si urmariti-ma pe Facebook pentru a fi la curent cu noutati despre carte! :)

My dear readers, my dream is about to come true, I am intensely working on my first cookbook! :) It’ll be really special and unique, with plenty of recipes, shopping lists and lots of useful information. Here’s a small preview, the best raw cinnamon ice cream ever! I just couldn’t resist sharing it with you! :)

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 200 g raw cashews
  • 300 ml almond milk
  • 10 dates
  • 1-2 tbsp agave syrup (optional, for a sweeter taste)
  • 2-3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
  • 75 g pecans

Soak the cashews and pitted dates for 2 hours.Drain them and place them in the blender along with the rest of the ingredients, except the pecans. Blend until smooth and silky, pour the cream in a dish and place it in the fridge for 2 hours to chill.

Pour the cream in the previously chilled ice cream maker bowl and let the machine do the work. In the end, when the ice cream has reached the desired consistency, add the roughly chopped pecans. Pour in a dish and place in the freezer for 1 more hour, to harden. Enjoy and stay tuned on my Facebook page to know more about my upcoming book! :)
