Avocado este un fruct minune care contine intr-un procent foarte mare grasimi sanatoase si peste 20 de vitamine si minerale. Maioneza de avocado este o alternativa mult mai sanatoasa a celei traditionale, grozava pentru perioadele de post sau pur si simplu cand vrem sa mancam mai natural si mai sanatos :)

Ingrediente:

  • 1 avocado copt
  • zeama de la 1 lamaie
  • 3-4 lg ulei de masline
  • 1 lgt mustar (o reteta de mustar raw gasiti aici)
  • sare, piper dupa gust

Curatam fructul de avocado, il taiem cubulete si il introducem in robotul de bucatarie. Punem repede zeama de la jumatate de lamaie peste el, sa nu se oxideze. Adaugam uleiul de masline, mustarul si sare dupa gust. Mixam bine pana obtinem o crema fina de o culoare superba. Gustam si daca vrem sa fie mai acrisoara, adaugam si zeama de la cealalta jumatate de lamaie. Eu asa am facut :) Pofta mare!

*Baby-friendly: folositi foarte putina sare doar dupa varsta de 1 an, iar piper cu masura, fiind un condiment puternic si iritant gastric.

Avocado is a super fruit that contains tones of healthy fat and over 20 vitamins and minerals. Avocado mayonnaise is a healthy alternative of the traditional one, great for fasting, detoxing or just clean eating :)

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 3-4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt, pepper to taste

Peel the avocado, cut it into cubes and place it in the food processor. Quickly pour juice of half a lemon over it, so that it doesn’t turn brownish. Add the olive oil, mustard and salt to taste. Process well until you get a wonderful smooth and silky  cream. Taste it and if you like it a little more sour, add the juice from the half of lemon you have left. I know I did :) Enjoy!
