Milkhsake-Pina-colada-II

Nu lasati denumirea sa va pacaleasca :) Reteta mea nu contine lapte, zahar alb sau alte ingrediente nesanatoase din milkshakeurile clasice, de cele din Fast-Food nici nu mai vorbesc…
Eu v-am pregatit un smoothie sanatos si delicios cu fructe, lapte de cocos si vanilie.
Fructele zemoase combinate cu o lingura de psyllium creeaza o consistenta pufoasa grozava, iar susanul vine cu mult Calciu la pachet :)

Ingrediente (2 portii)

Introducem toate ingredientele in blender si mixam cateva secunde pana ce compozitia are o consistenta fina si pufoasa.  Daca e vara, puteti adauga si 2-3 cuburi de gheata. Si folositi un pai colorat :) Pofta mare!

Don’t let them name fool you :) My recipe doesn’t contain milk, white sugar or other nasty ingredients from the classic milkshakes, I won’t even mention the ones from Fast-Foods… I prepared a healthy delicious fruit smoothie with coconut and vanilla.The juicy fruit combined with psyllium create a cool fluffy texture and the sesame comes with lots of Calcium :)

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 bananas
  • 250 g fresh pineapple
  • 1 tbsp psyllium
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (or favorite natural sweetener, to taste)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • seeds from 1/2 vanilla bean

Blend all the ingredients until you get a nice fluffy milkshake texture. If it’s summer, add a couple of ice cubes. And use a colored straw :) Enjoy!
