Cea mai buna negresa de post, se face super usor si nu va trebuie cantar, e suficienta doar o cana potrivita :) Am adaugat si o pudra de iarba de grau si superalimente, Amazing grass, pentru a o face o praji chiar sanatoasa :) (cititi mai multe despre aceasta aici). Cu gust intens de ciocolata, efectiv nu poti da gres cu aceasta negresa de post, vei impresiona toti invitatii si nimeni nu va banui ca e o prajitura de post! :)

Ingrediente:

Intr-un bol punem laptele, uleiul, gemul, pudra de cacao, zaharul de cocos, pudra Amazing Grass, esenta de rom si omogenizam bine cu un tel totul. Adaugam faina, nucile tocate, un praf de sare si bicarbonatul, omogenizam bine tot.

Turnam compozitia intr-o forma dreptunghiulara (20*30cm) unsa cu ulei si tapetata cu hartie de copt. Coacem prajitura aprox 40 de min in cuptorul preincalzit la 170C, pana trece testul scobitorii. Dupa ce s-a racit, o scoatem din forma si o taiem patratele.

Eu bineinteles ca nu am avut rabdare si am taiat-o calda, prin urmare patratelele nu sunt foarte aspectuoase, well, see if I care, la cat de buna e, chiar nu conteaza :)))

ENGLISH VERSION 

The bets vegan brownie, super easy to make and you don’t even need a kitchen scale, a large tea mug is ok :) I added some super food wheatgrass powder, to make it super healthy :) Dense, gooey and chocolaty, you’ll make a super impression and no one will even suspect it’s a vegan cake :)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 400 g walnut jam (sugar-free)
  • 1 cup rice milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 4 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 tbsp Amazing Grass chocolate powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp rum essence

Whisk the milk, oil, jam, cocoa, coconut sugar, wheat grass powder, rum and mix everything well. Add the flour, chopped walnuts and baking soda, mix until smooth and everything fully incorporated.

Pour the mixture in a rectangular pan (20*30 cm) greased with oil and lined with baking paper bake it for 45 min in the preheated oven at 170 C. Once chilled, remove from the pan and cut into squares.
