Parfait-de-mere

Un desert aromat si racoritor cu mere si condimente, care mai e si de post. Suna bine? :) Va garantez ca e delicios si se face usor. Parfait vegan de mere.

Ingrediente (8 portii)

  • 700g mere
  • 2 conserve de lapte de cocos gras sau crema de cocos (800ml)
  • 2 lg ulei de cocos
  • 1 lg scortisoara
  • 1 lgt ghimbir pudra
  • 1/2 lgt cardamon pudra
  • 1/2 lgt nucsoara macinata
  • 1/2 lgt anason pudra
  • 50ml sirop de agave (de la Biobunatati, multumesc mult, Olivia! :)
  • 50g nuci macinate
  • sirop de ciocolata: 2 lg sirop de agave, 2 lgt cacao (optional, pentru decor)

Curatam merele si le tocam cubulete. Incalzim uleiul de cocos intr-o tigaie si calim bine merele impreuna cu condimentele si 2 linguri de sirop de agave. Cand s-au muiat bine (dupa aprox 10 min), introducem in blender compozitia de mere, laptele de cocos si siropul de agave. Mixam bine pana obtinem o crema fina pe care o introducem la congelator intr-o tava de chec tapetata cu folie alimentara. Cand s-a intarit suficient, rasturnam parfait-ul pe un platou si presaram nuca macinata deasupra si sirop de ciocolata. Se pastreaza in congelator si trebuie scos cu 15 min inainte de servire. Pofta mare!

A flavored cooling dessert with apples and spiced, and also vegan. Sounds good? :) I guarantee it’s delicious and easy to make. Vegan apple parfait.

Ingredients (8 servings)

  • 700 g apples
  • 2 cans coconut milk or cream (800 ml)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp cardamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground start anise
  • 50 ml agave syrup
  • 50 g ground walnuts
  • chocolate syrup: 2 tbsp agave syrup, 2 tsp cocoa powder (optional, for decorating)

Chop the apples and melt 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a large pan. Add the apples, spices, 2 tablespoons of agave syrup and cook for 10 minutes, until the apples are soft. Add the apple mixture, coconut milk and remaining agave syrup into the blender and process well. Pour the obtained cream in a rectangular tray lined with plastic wrap and put it in the freezer. When hard enough, flip the parfait on a large plate and sprinkle ground walnuts and chocolate syrup. Store it in the freezer and take out 15 min before serving. Enjoy!
