Imi place foaaarte mult pateul vegetal Inedit, asa ca am citit ingredientele si am improvizat propria mea reteta :)
Simplu de tot si foarte gustos. Perfect pe paine prajita crocanta, cu legume proaspete alaturi, aveti astfel o masa de post delicioasa si satioasa :)

Ingrediente:

Taiem cartofii cubulete si ii fierbem, apoi ii introducem in blender alaturi de restul ingredientelor. Mixam bine de tot, oprind blenderul din cand in cand si amestecand compozitia cu o lingura (acest lucru e valabil atunci cand avem mai multe ingrediente solide si blenderul mixeaza in gol, evitand astfel deteriorarea aparatului). Decoram cu cu verdeata si servim cu paine integrala prajita. Pofta mare!

I really like vegetable spread, so I read the ingredients of the brand I use and I improvised my own recipe :)
Extremely simple and very tasty. Perfect on crunchy toast, with fresh veggies ;)

Ingredients

  • 400g potatoes
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 vegetable stock cube, crushed
  • 1-2 tbsp water (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 pinch of pepper

Chop the potatoes and boil them, then put them in the blender along with the rest of the ingredients. Blend really well, if necessary stop from time to time and scrape down the walls (this way you avoid deteriorating the blender, especially when there are more solid ingredients). Decorate with fresh herbs and serve on wholewheat toast. Enjoy!
