Un desert simplu super rapid si keto, low carb, fara gluten, fara zahar rafinat, fara cereale DAR super gustos si plin de nutrienti :) Prajitura cu scortisoara la cana. E perfecta in momentele in care ai nevoia de ceva dulce doar pentru tine :) Insa portiile sunt si foarte usor de dublat. Enjoy!

Ingrediente (1 portie):

  • 2 lg faina de migdale
  • 1/2 lgt scortisoara
  • 1/4 lgt bicarbonat de sodiu
  • 1 lg eritritol (sau indulcitorul preferat)
  • 1 ou
  • 1 lg ulei de cocos
  • 1/4 lgt extract de vanilie
  • Topping: 1 lgt smantana lichida, 1 praf de scortisoara

Amestecam ingredientele uscate: faina de migdale, bicarbonatul, scortisoara si un praf de sare. Adaugam oul, uleiul de cocos, vanilia si omogenizam biiiine tot cu un tel.

Ungem cu ulei de cocos o forma ramekin si turnam compozitia, apoi coacem prajitura la 180C timp de 15-20 min, pana suprafata e ferma la atingere. O decoram cu smantana lichida si scortisora. Super buna! :) .

A super simple and quick dessert that’s low carb, keto, sugar free, grain free, BUT so tasty and nutritious! :) Cinnamon mug cake. it’s perfect for those moments you want a dessert only for you :) Anyway, the quantities are easy to double :) Enjoy!

Ingredients (1 servings):

  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp eritritol (or favorite sweetener)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Topping: 1 tsp heavy cream, 1 pinch of cinnamon

Mix the dry ingredients: almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Add the egg, coconut oil, vanilla and mix everything well with a whisk.

Grease a small ramekin with coconut oil, pour the mixture and bake 15020 min at 180 C, until firm to the touch. Serve warm with heavy cream and cinnamon. Super good! :)
