Vine vara, bine imi pare, desi afara ploua de rupe, dar what can I say, eu sunt copilul optimist :)))) Hai sa ne delectam cu o mancare gustoasa si plina de arome varatice: Pui grecesc la tava. O bunatate rapida si usor de preparat! :)

Ingrediente (2 portii):

  • 1 piept de pui maricel* (350g)
  • 2 ardei grasi
  • 250g rosii cherry
  • 1 ceapa rosie
  • 1 lamaie
  • 2 catei de usturoi
  • 5 lg ulei de masline
  • 1 lg otet balsamic
  • cimbru si busuioc proaspat (sau cate 1 lgt uscat)
  • sare, piper
  • 150g masline
  • 100g branza Feta

Pe o tava intinsa asezam frumos legumele tocate dupa preferinte: ceapa, ardeii, lamaia (cu tot cu coaja) si rosiile cherry (acestea netocate daca sunt foarte mici :) Separat facem sosul amestecand uleiul de masline, usturoiul pisat, otetul balsamic si cimbrul.

Asezam bucatile de piept de pui peste legume, asezonam cu sare, si piper, turnam sosul si mozolim bine totul. Coacem totul in cuptorul preincalzit la 200C timp de aprox 25 de min, dupa care adaugam si maslinele, branza feta si busuiocul proaspat.

Mai lasam inca 10 min totul in cuptor, pana e totul frumos rumenit si puiul bine facut. E o mancare foarte aromata si suculenta. Pofta mare! :)

Summer is just around the corner so let’s enjoy a wonderful Greek dish: Greeek chicken bake. So tasty and full of flavor! And super easy to make :)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 1 large chicken breast* (350 g)
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • fresh thyme and basil (or 1 tsp of each, dried)
  • salt, pepper
  • 150 g olives
  • 100 g Feta cheese

Arrange the chopped veggies on a large tray: onion, peppers, lemon (whole) and cherry tomatoes (not chopped if too small, of course :)) Separately prepare the sauce: mix the olive oil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar and thyme.

Place the chicken breast over the veggies, season with salt and pepper and pour the sauce, making sure everything is well coated. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 C for about 25 min, then add the crumbled feta cheese, olives and fresh basil.

l’s golden crisp and the chicken tender but well done. It’s a super juicy and tasty dish :) Enjoy! Le
