Dupa sarbatori e bine sa avem de backup si niste retete mai light, dupa mesele grele :) La provocarea Bonduelle #SemneDeApreciere de a prepara a lor super salata cu fasole rosie, mar si branza, si de a testa reactiile celor dragi am raspuns imediat, ba mai mult, va impartasesc si voua reteta Bonduelle aici :)

Ingrediente (3-4 portii):

  • 400g fasole rosie Bonduelle
  • 2 andive
  • 1 portocala
  • 1 mar
  • 75g branza de capra
  • 50g nuci
  • 1 lg maioneza
  • 2 lg iaurt
  • 1 lime
  • sare, piper

Taiem in fasii una din andive, celeilalte ii indepartam frunzele. Pe acestea le sezam pe un platou 2-3 farfurii. Taiem cubulete portocala decojita si marul, faramitam branza.

Scurgem fasolea bine, apoi o amestecam cu andiva tocata, marul, portocala, nucile, branza de capra. Facem sosul amestecand cu un tel sucul de lime, maioneza si iaurtul.

Turnam sosul peste salata, asezonam cu sare si piper si impartim totul in farfurii, peste frunzele intregi de andive. Si asteptam aprecierile, sa curga, da? #SemneDeApreciere :) Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

After the holidays it’s good to have a backup light recipe, after the heavy meals :) Bonduelle’s super salad was so amazing: red beans, apple and cheese.

Ingredients (2-3 servings):

  • 400 g canned red beans
  • 2 endives
  • 1 orange
  • 1 apple
  • 75g goat cheese
  • 50g walnuts
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 lime
  • salt, pepper

Chop one of the endives, tear the leaves of the other. Arrange the leaves on 2-3 plates. Dice the peeled orange and apple.

Drain the canned beans well, then mix with the chopped endive, apple, walnuts, orange and goat cheese. Make the sauce by whisking the lime juice, mayonnaise and yogurt.

Pour the sauce over the salad, season with salt and pepper and divide into the plates, over the endive leaves. And wait for the compliments to keep coming yeah? :)
