Dupa sarbatorile de iarna cu mese grele, eu una simt nevoia unei salate, asa ca va propun o reteta usoara si rafinata din doar cateva ingrediente simple: salata de rucola, nuci si parmezan :)

Ingrediente (2 portii):

  • 2 pumni de frunze de ruccola
  • 75g nuci romanesti
  • 50g parmezan
  • 1 lg ulei de masline
  • 1 lg otet balsamic
  • sare, piper dupa gust

Spalam bine salata, radem parmezanul fasii cu ajutorul ustensilei pentru decojit (sau il dam pe razatoare), si amestecam usor toate ingredientele, asezonand cu sare si piper dupa guts. Poftiti la masa! :)

ENGLISH VERSION

After the winter holidays I simply feel the need of some salad, so I suggest this easy, but classy recipe: arugula, walnut & parmezan salad :)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 2 handfuls of arugula
  • 75 g walnuts
  • 50 g parmezan
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Wash the arugula, shave the parmezan with a veggie peeler (or grate it) and combine all the ingredients, adding salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy! :)
