Bobitele portocalii acrisoare si dragalase pe care le vedem in piete au atat de multe beneficii ca este pacat sa nu profitam de ele, mai ales acum ca a inceput sezonul racelilor si gripelor. Catina ne creste imunitatea si contine muuuulta vitamina C, de 15 ori mai multa decat citricele! :) Iar goji, fructul tineretii si al longevitatii, este considerat unul dintre cei mai puternici antioxidanti creati de natura.

Ingrediente (4 portii):

  • 1 kg de catina
  • 1/4 varza rosie, taiata bucati
  • 1 bucata mare de ghimbir
  • 100g goji rehidratate
  • 6 lg miere de salcam (dupa gust)
  • 2 lg maca (pentru energizare)

Mixam bine totul in blender cu putina apa cat sa ajutam aparatul, turnam in pahare si savuram imediat. Dupa ce am baut o portie din acest smoothie vreau sa va spun ca am simtit efectele dupa doar cateva ore, nu am mai fost „muciulica” :) Pofta mare!

These cute small orange fruits we see in the markets have so many benefits it’s a pity not to take advantage of them, especially now that the season of the flu has stared. Sea buckthorn strengthens our immunity and has soo much vitamin C, 15 times the amount citrus fruits have! :) And the goji berry, fruit of youth and longevity, is know as one of the most powerful antioxidants created by nature.

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 1 kg sea-buckthorn
  • 1/4 sliced red cabbage
  • 1 large slice of ginger
  • 100 g rehydrated goji berries
  • 6 tbsp acacia honey (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp maca powder (for extra energy)

Process everything in the blender with a little water to help the machine, then pour into glasses and drink right away. After having one serving of this smoothie, I actually felt the effects only a few hours later, my nose stopped running :) Enjoy!
