Pe caldurile acestea tare bun e un mic dejun sub forma de smoothie racoros care se poate bea in masina in drum spre birou :)  E mega delicios datorita ananasului, iar turmericul este un super aliment cu o gramada de beneficii (detalii aici). Pentru cremozitate si satietate am adaugat si un avocado :D

Super smoothie cu ananas. Rapid, delicios si foaarte sanatos :)

Ingrediente (2 portii)

  • 1 cana ananas congelat (140g)
  • 1 cana lapte de migdale (250ml)
  • 1 avocado, decojit si taiat cubulete
  • sucul de la 1/2 portocala
  • 1 lgt turmeric
  • 1 lgt seminte de chia
  • 1 praf de scortisoara
  • 1/4 lgt pudra de vanilie
  • 1-2 lg indulcitor natural dupa gust

Mixam toate ingredientele in blender si gata :) Daca va e mai simplu, nu congelati ananasul si adaugati cuburi de gheata in blender. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

When it’s so hot outside, a cool smoothie to drink on your way to work is a perfect breakfast :)  The pineapple makes it absolutely delicious and the turmeric is a super food with many health benefits. To make it more creamy and to be sure I won’t get hungry before lunch, I added one avocado :D

Super pineapple smoothie. Quick, delicious and soo healthy :)

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple (140g)
  • 1 cup almond milk (250ml)
  • 1 avocado, peeled and chopped
  • juice of 1/2 orange
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder (optional)
  • 1-2 tbsp natural sweetener, to taste

Process all the ingredients in the blender until our drink is nice and smooth. If it’s easier for you, don’t freeze the pineapple and add ice cubes into the blender instead. Enjoy!
