Pe caldurile acestea nu prea iti vine sa aprinzi aragazul sau cuptorul, asa ca va propun un desert usor, dulce-acrisor si fara coacere :) Crusta crocanta din ovaz si migdale, frisca de cocos, fructe proaspete si un topping din fistic si coaja de lamaie care merg perfect cu umplutura dulce acrisoara… Va poftesc sa incercati aceste delicioase tarte cu fructe fara coacere :)

Ingrediente (4 portii):

In robotul de bucatarie mixam bine primele 5 ingrediente pana obtinem o compozitie faramicioasa si lipicioasa. Presam aceasta compozitie pe fundul a 4 forme pentru mini tarte, (diametru de 10 cm, le gasiti aici). Le introducem in frigider cat preparam umplutura: batem bine cu mixerul crema de cocos (tinuta in prealabil in frigider) cu 2 linguri de xylitol pana obtinem o frisca ferma si fina. Umplem tartele cu frisca de cocos si adaugam deasupra fructe proaspete, fistic crud tocat si putina coaja de lamaie :) Le servim imediat. Pofta mare!

It’s so hot outside that the last thing I wanna do is turn the gas or oven on, so I think you should try a light, sweet and sour no bake dessert :) Crunchy almond and oat crust, coconut whipped cream. fresh fruit and a topping made of pistachio and lemon zest that goes perfectly with the sweet and sour filling… You’ve got to try my no bake fruit tarts :)

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 30 g raw almonds
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 200 ml coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp xylitol
  • 200 g fresh fruit: cherries and sour cherries
  • topping: 1 tbsp raw pistachio, 1 tsp grated lemon zest

Pulse the first 5 ingredients in the food processor until you get a crumbly sticky mixture. Press it onto the bottom of 4 mini tart pans (10 cm diameter) and put them in the fridge while making the filling: whisk the coconut cream and 2 tablespoons of xylitol until you get a firm, smooth whipped cream. Fill the tarts with this cream and add the fresh fruit, chopped pistachio and grated lemon zest on top. Serve right away! :)
