Fiind foarte pasionata de tot ceea ce inseamna alimentatie sanatoasa si un stil de viata echilibrat, am vrut sa fac un mic experiment :) Sa tin o detoxifiere de 7 zile numai cu mancare raw (cruda, neprelucrata termic). Si pentru ca dupa postarea de pe Facebook mai multa lume a vrut sa stie ce voi manca saptamana aceasta, iata si meniul. La sfarsit voi reveni cu impresii generale :) Veggies rule! :))

Ziua 1

  • Mic dejun: 1 ardei capia, 2 lgt unt raw de migdale, rosii cherry, castraveti
  • Gustare: smoothie din 2 banane, 1 para, 1 portocala, 1 lg seminte de chia, 1 lg maca, 1 lg carob
  • Pranz: o salata mare din 1 andiva, baby spanac, 2 castraveti, rosii cherry, telina apio, 2 lg seminte de canepa, mix seminte pentru salata, ulei de masline, sare de Himalaya
  • Cina: 1 bol mare cu muraturi (gogonele, conopida, castraveti)

Ziua 2

  • Mic dejun: fulgi de ovaz, fresh de mere, fructe deshidratate, 1 lgt unt raw de migdale, cacao nibs
  • Gustare: smoothie din 2 mere, 2 portocale, 1 para, ghimbir, seminte de canepa
  • Pranz: salata din baby spanac, 1 dovlecel, rosii cherry, castraveti, 1 ardei capia, ulei de masline, otet din cidru de mere, sare de Himalaya
  • Gustare: 2 mere mici verzi
  • Cina: supa crema raw de sfecla rosie (reteta aici)

Ziua 3

  • Mic dejun: supa crema raw de sfecla (ce mi-a ramas din ziua 2 :), 1 lgt unt raw de migdale
  • Gustare: 1 rodie
  • Pranz: salata de morcovi, crackers raw
  • Gustare: 1 baton cu seminte de canepa si cacao
  • Cina: 2 banane, un pumn de visine

Ziua 4

Ziua 5

  • Mic dejun: suc din 3 portocale, 2 lamai, 1 lime, 250g baby spanac, ghimbir
  • Gustare: 2 pere
  • Pranzciuperci cu smantana de caju si marar
  • Gustare: crackers raw
  • Cina: salata de varza acra cu chimen

Ziua 6

Ziua 7

  • Mic dejun: fulgi de ovaz cu apa de cocos, seminte si fructe uscate
  • Pranzguacamole, salata de rosii, masline, ardei murat umplut cu varza
  • Gustare: suc din portocale, baby spanac, ghimbir, castravete, telina Apio, seminte de canepa
  • Cina: salata de varza acra cu chimen

Concluzii: A fost o experienta interesanta in urma careia am slabit 2kg, ma simt mai usoara si tenul imi e mai luminos. Nu a fost totul roz, au existat si simptome mai putin placute, cum ar fi dureri de cap, stari de oboseala, probleme digestive, mai ales in zilele 2-3-4, dar care au disparut apoi. Nu cred ca este o dieta pe care o voi tine tine pe termen lung, insa raman la convingerea mea ca o cantitate mare de fructe si legume este benefica in cadrul unei alimentatii diverse si echilibrate.

Because I am so passionate about healthy food and a balanced lifestyle, I wanted to conduct a little experiment :) To follow a 7 day detox program only with raw food. And because after posting this on Facebook so many people wanted to know what I would eat, here’s my menu. I’ll also post my fed-back in the end :) Veggies rule!

Day 1

  • Breakfast: 1 bell pepper, 2 tbsp raw almond butter, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers
  • Snack: smoothie from 2 bananas, 1 pear, 1 orange, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp maca powder, 1 tbsp carob
  • Lunch: one large salad made from 1 endive, baby spinach, 2 cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, celery sticks, 2 tbsp hemp seeds, mixed seeds for salad, olive oil, Himalaya salt
  • Dinner: 1 large bowl of pickles (pickled tomatoes, cauliflower, cucumbers)

Day 2

  • Breakfast: oat flakes, apple fresh juice, dehydrated fruit, 1 tsp raw almond butter
  • Snack: smoothie from 2 apples, 2 oranges, 1 pear, ginger, hemp seeds
  • Lunch:  one large salad made from baby spinach, 1 zucchini, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, 1 bell pepper, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Himalaya salt
  • Snack: 2 small green apples
  • Dinner: raw beet soup (recipe here)

Day 3

  • Breakfast: raw beet soup (what I had left from day 2 :), 1 tsp raw almond butter
  • Snack: 1 pomegranate
  • Lunch: carrot salad, raw crackers
  • Snack: 1 hemp seed & cacao raw bar
  • Dinnervitamin salad

Day 4

  • Breakfast: chia seeds, hemp seeds, almond milk, sour cherries, cinnamon
  • Snack: 2 oranges
  • Lunch: vitamin salad
  • Snack: raw caramel chocolates
  • Dinner: guacamole, raw crackers , olives, cherry tomatoes

Day 7

  • Breakfast: oat flakes with coconut water, seeds and dehydrated fruits
  • Lunchguacamole, tomato salad, olives, pickled pepper stuffed with cabbage
  • Snack: juice from orange, baby spinach, ginger, cucumber, celery ticks, hemp seeds
  • Dinner: sauerkraut salad with cumin

Conclusions: This has been an interesting experience, I lost 2 kg,  I feel lighter and my skin looks better now. It wasn’t all great, there were less pleasant symptoms such as headaches, fatigue, digestive problems, especially during days 2-3-4, but then they disappeared. I don’t think raw diet is a lifestyle I can commit to, however I still believe a large amount of fruit and vegetables has benefits in a balanced and diverse diet.

Azi e ziua 7, eu ma simt f bine, usoara si energica, am slabit 2kg in conditiile in care nu am suferit de foame :) Bine, sa nu crezi ca totul e roz, detoxifierea are si parti mai putin placute: dureri de cap, oboseala, probleme digestive uneori, insa sunt toate perfect normale si trec :) Pot sa spun ca a fost o experienta buna si voi pastra pe viitor un procent mult mai mare de cruditati in dieta. O duminica frumoasa iti doresc!
