Martie e luna femeii si propun sa ne rasfatam putin, ladies :) V-am pregatit ceva nemaipomenit, un deliciu suprem si dezmat culinar absolut: banane coapte cu scortisoara si sirop de artar. O nebunie! Unde mai pui ca e un desert simplu, care chiar nu are cum sa nu-ti iasa, oricat de anti-talent ai fi in bucatarie :)

Ingrediente (2 portii):

Decojim banaele  si le taiem in 4. Le asezam frumos pe o tava (am folosit una ceramica de tarta), presaram scortisoara si nuca de cocos deasupra, nucile tocate si stropim totul cu sirop de artar. Le coacem 15 min in cuptorul preincalzit la 180C, pana se inmoaie si rumenesc putin pe margini. Savuram desertul neaparat cat e cald. Enjoy! :)

March is women’s month, so let’s spoil ourselves, ladies :) I prepared an amazing treat for you: cinnamon roasted bananas with maple syrup. Sensational! And it’s also a super simple dessert, you can’t possibly go wrong, no matter how clumsy you are in the kitchen :) Read more about the amazing benefits of cinnamon here.

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 3 bananas
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp coconut chips
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts

Peel the bananas and cut them in 4. Nicely arrange them on a tray, sprinkle cinnamon, chopped walnuts and coconut chips on top. Bake everything for about 15 min at 180 C, until they become a little soft and brownish on the edges. Do enjoy this dessert warm :)
