Cand simt nevoia de energizare, dar nu vreau sa dau iama in Snickers, caut mereu o alternativa sanatoasa: asa am conceput aceste batoane cu ovaz si mere pe care cred ca le voi face saptamanal :) Sunt foarte, foarte delicioase si hranitoare, satioase, te energizeaza instant si contin multi nutrienti. Numai bune de luat la pachet :) Enjoy!
Ingrediente (10-12 batoane):
- 250g fulgi de ovaz
- 2 mere mari
- 150g caju crud (sau migdale, nuci romanesti, alune de padure, pt factorul crocant :)
- 3 lg ulei de cocos
- 2-3 lg miere (sau ce indulcitor natural preferati, dupa gust)
- 2 lgt scortisoara pudra
Curatam merele de cotor, le taiem in bucati si le punem in robotul de bucatarie alaturi de miere, uleiul de cocos, scortisoara si nucile caju. Mixam bine pana avem o compozitie faramicioasa si zemoasa (yummm!).
Apoi maruntim fulgii de ovaz (nu foarte mult, ca in imagine) si combinam cele 2 amestecuri. Presam compozitia intr-un strat gros cam de 1.5-2 cm pe o tava (aprox 20*28cm) tapetata cu hartie de copt. Daca aveti un robot mare de bucatarie mixati tot 1 data :)
Trasam niste linii dupa cum dorim sa taiem ulterior batoanele si coacem totul la 170C cam 40-45 de min, in functie de cuptor, pana se rumenesc frumos la suprafata. Lasam batoanele sa se raceasca, apoi le taiem, le impachetam in hartie si le bagam in geanta :)

Whenever I need to get myself energized, I don’t „grab a Snickers”, I always search for a healthier alternative: that’s how I invented these oat and apple bars I think I’ll be making every week from now on :) They are very, very delicious, filling, they energize you instantly and they contain many nutrients. Perfect to grab on the go :) Enjoy!
Ingredients (10 bars):
- 250 g oat flakes
- 2 apples
- 150 g raw cashews (or almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, for the crunchy factor :)
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 2-3 tbsp honey (or any other natural sweetener you prefer, to taste)
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Core, chop the apples and put them in the food processor along with the honey, coconut oil, cinnamon and cashew nuts. Process well until you get a crumbly-juicy mixture (yumm!). Process the oat flakes, then combine the 2 mixtures. If you have a large food processor you can process everything at once :)
Press the final result in a 1.5-2 cm layer on a tray (20*28cm) lined with baking paper. Cut out the lines according to the sizes of the bars and bake everything at 170 C for about 40-45 min, until the surface becomes brownish. Let the bars cool, then cut them, wrap them in paper and put them in your bags :)

Si eu am auzit asta, Isabela… De aceea am mentionat ca o poti inlocui cu alt indulcitor in reteta.
Eu am ales sa nu ma mai iau dupa toate studiile aparute pe internet :) Turta dulce se face cu miere de sute de ani cred si totusi nu moare lumea pe capete de la asta :) Cred ca moderatia e cheia. O zi frumoasa iti doresc!
Draga Alina, nu mai tin minte exact, dar cred ca am folosit o tava cu dimensiunile 20*25cm… Vezi si tu cum te orientezi sa-ti iasa un strat de 1 cm : )O zi frumoasa!
