Acum 6 ani, cu 2 zile inainte sa nasc faceam aceasta reteta a batoanelor raw cu susan, foarte apreciate de-a lungul timpului pe blogul meu :) Acum, cu 1 zi inainte sa nasc, am pregatit o alta varianta a batoanelor, adaugand canepa, merisoare, putina vanilie si folosind nuci macinate in loc de faina de migdale.
ENGLISH VERSION
6 years ago, exactly 2 days before giving birth, I was preparing this raw sesame seeds bar recipe, highly appreciated on my blog. Now, 1 day before giving birth again, I am making an upgrade of the recipe, with cranberries, vanilla, walnuts and hemp seeds, to have a healthy snack in my freezer for the post partum and breastfeeding period that is about to come :)
Ingredients:
- 150 g sesame seeds
- 25 g desiccated coconut
- 50 g ground walnuts
- 60 g tahini (sesame paste)
- 70 g honey
- 30 g coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 40 g dried cranberries
- 30 g hemp seeds
Stir the tahini, honey, coconut oil and vanilla extract extract until smooth. Add the sesame seeds, desiccated coconut, ground walnuts and combine well. In the end fold in the hemp and cranberries (don’t use candied ones, I used dried cranberries sweetened with apple juice, for example).
Press the mixture onto silicon molds, I like to use this Lekue mini brownie mold, and store in the freezer until they harden and are easily popped out :) I got 19 mini squares. Store in the freezer, to last longer, they are super rich and nutritious. Enjoy!
