Combinam cele 2 amestecuri, adaugam si ouale, omogenizam bine tot.
ENGLISH VERSION
If you ran out of ideas for things to grab on the go, I found the most amazing recipe: low carb savory biscuits! Extra nutritious, with eggs, cheese and meat, I was so happy Ilinca liked them :) They are actually fluffy, perfect for breakfast or a snack :)
Ingredients (13 pcs):
- 100 g minced meat*
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 onion
- 1 spring onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 100 g almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- a pinch of pepper
- 110 g Emmentaler cheese, grated
Finely dice the onions, pepper and saute them with the meat in the heated oil. Cook until the meat is browned and well done and the veggies a little soft. Mix the dry ingredients: almond flour, baking powder, salt, pepper and half of the grated cheese.
Combine the 2 mixtures, add the eggs and mix everything well. Using an ice cream scoop, form 13 balls on a tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on the biscuits and cook them for 15-20 min, until lovely golden brown :) Dig in!
*I used ground beef, but you can use grind any meat you like. Or even used cooked meat cut into small cubes :)
