Sa biscuim :) Imi plac foarte mult biscuitii, dar e destul de greu sa gasesc unii de calitate in comert. Asa ca mai bine mi-i prepar eu. Va prezint asadar o reteta grozava, pe care am descoperit-o in Good Food, si cu care mereu am avut succes :)
Ingrediente (20 buc):
- 200g unt
- 175g zahar brun nerafinat
- 175g fulgi de ovaz
- 200g faina alba
- 150g fructe uscate
- 2 lg gem fara zahar
- 1 lgt scortisoara
- 1 bucata de ghimbir ras (aprox 2 cm)
- 1 lgt praf de copt
Frecam bine untul cu zaharul apoi adaugam gemul indoit cu 2 linguri de apa fierbinte, scortisoara, faina, ovazul si praful de copt. Framantam bine aluatul, dupa care adaugam fructele uscate tocate si ghimbirul ras.
Modelam bilute din aluat, le aplatizam si le coacem la 170 de grade aprox 15-17 min. Ies cam 20-22 de biscuiti din aceste cantitati si trebuie copti in 2 tave, cu ceva dinstanta intre ei. O minunatie, sa aveti pofta! :)

Let’s bake some cookiezzzz :) I really love cookies, but it’s pretty hard to find quality ones in stores and supermarkets. So I l make them myself. Here’s a great recipe that’s always been a major hit :)
Ingredients (20 pcs):
- 200 g butter
- 175 g unrefined brown sugar
- 175 g oatmeal
- 200 g all purpose flour
- 150 g dried fruits
- 2 tbsp sugar-free jam
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 fresh piece of ginger, grated (2 cm)
- 1 tsp baking powder
Thoroughly whisk the butter and sugar, then add the jam softened with 2 tablespoons of hot water, cinnamon, flour, oatmeal and baking powder. In the end fold in the chopped dried fruits and grated ginger.
Mold the dough into balls, flatten and bake them for about 15-17 min at 170 C. These quantities make about 20-22 cookies and they need to be baked in 2 batches, with some distance between them. Enjoy!
