Deci cred ca acestia sunt cei mai sanatosi de pe blog: vegani, proteici, low carb, cu Omega 3, fara gluten si foarte usor de facut. Suna bine? Keep reading atunci :)) Biscuiti cu unt de arahide si canepa. Ge-ni-ali! Canepa este un super aliment ce contine Omega 3, proteine vegetale valoroase si e ideal sa o includem in alimentatie. Va invit sa incercati acesti biscuiti, sunt atat de fragezi, mmmmmm… :)

Ingrediente (20 de buc):

Metoda de preparare e extrem de simpla: introducem untul de arahide, semintele de in, indulcitorul si laptele de migdale* in blender si mixam bine pana la omogenizare. Combinam amestecul obtinut cu restul ingredientelor, obtinand un aluat moale, lipicios.

In functie de untul de migdale folosit, va trebui sa adaugati mai mult lapte de migdale, pana ajungeti la consistenta din imagine. Formam cu mainile umezite 20 de bilute pe care le aplatizam si le asezam pe o tava intinsa tapetata cu hartie de copt.

Am presarat si cateva seminte de canepa pe fiecare biscuit, sa arate frumos, dar e optional :) Coacem biscuitii 15-20 de min in cuptorul preincalzit la 170C. Sunt fantastici, pe bune! :)

*Keto: folositi unt de migdale si un indulcitor adecvat: eritritol, tagatozaGreen Sugar, xylitol.

So these are by far the healthiest cookies on the blog: vegan, packed with protein and Omega 3, low carb, gluten free and easy to make. Sounds good? keep reading :)) Peanut butter hemp cookies. Brilliant! Hemp is a super food full of vegetable protein, Omega 3 and it’s great to include it in our diet. Please do try this amazing recipe, these cookies are just fantastic, super tender and chewy on the inside, mmm… :)

Ingredients (20 pcs):

  • 200 g natural peanut butter, unsalted
  • 80 g coconut flour
  • 50 g hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp flax seed
  • 80 g powder sweetener (tagatose, stevia erithritol, coconut sugar etc)
  • 100 ml almond milk*
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Super simple: blend the almond milk, peanut butter, flax seed, sweetener until smooth and creamy. Combine the mixture with the rest of the ingredients; you will get a smooth, sticky dough.

*Depending on the peanut butter you use, you might need to add more milk to get the desired consistency, as in the photos above.

Using your wet hands, form 20 balls, place them on a tray lined with baking paper and flatten them gently. I sprinkled some extra hemp seeds on top :) Bake the cookies for 15-20 min in the preheated oven at 170 C. They’re amazing,  seriously! :)

  1. Am incercat si eu astazi acesti biscuiti, dar nu am mai avut lapte de migdale in casa si am folosit lapte normal. Au iesit oricum deliciosi! Super reteta!

  2. Buna, ar merge si cu miere in locul indulcitorului? Cam cata ar trebui sa pun?
