Dragilor, azi biscuim din nou :) Biscuim ceva bunnn de tot: cei mai geniali biscuiti digestivi de casa ever! Sanatosi, indulciti doar prin curmale, cu faina integrala si tarate de ovaz, deci plini de fibre… Sunt putin faramiciosi, dar fragezi si super gustosi, asa ca sa biscuim sanatosi la o cana de ceai sau cafea :)
Ingrediente (16 buc):
- 100g faina integrala de grau
- 100g tarate de ovaz
- 80g curmale fara samburi
- 100g unt
- 3 lg apa rece
- 1/2 lgt scortisoara
- 1 praf de sare
Amestecam intr-un bol faina, taratele, curmalele taiate marunt, sarea, scortisoara. Adaugam untul taiat cubulete si amestecam bine cu degetele toata compozitia, adaugand si apa rece, treptat. Vom obtine un aluat putin tare si faramicios.
Presaram faina pe un blat si intindem aluatul cu un facalet. Decupam biscuitii folosind ce forme dorim (chiar un pahar, eu am folosit o stampila pentru biscuiti), ii transferam usor pe o tava mare tapetata cu hartie de copt si ii coacem la 180C timp de aprox 12-14 min (in functie de marime), pana se rumenesc putin pe margini. Sunt divini, pofta mare! :)

It’s cookie time again! This time we’re making the most amazing homemade digestive cookies in the world! Healthy, date sweetened, full of fiber… Enjoy next to a cup of coffee or tea :)
Ingredients (16 pcs):
- 100 g wholewheat flour
- 100 g oat bran
- 80 g pitted dates
- 100 g butter
- 3 tbsp cold water
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl: oat bran, flour, finely chopped dates, salt and cinnamon. Add the butter cut into cubes and mix everything well using your hands. You’ll get a slightly hard, crumblu dough.
Roll it on a floured surface and cut out the cookies using what shapes you want (even a glass). Transfer to a tray lines with baking paper and bake for about 12-14 min, depending on the size or until slightly brownish on the edges. They’re heavenly! Enjoy :)
