Sa mai biscuim ceva bun pentru pitici si parinti, zic :) Azi avem in meniu biscuiti fragezi cu branza de vaci, super gustosi, numa’ buni de rontait in parc, la soare :) Foarte putine ingrediente, se prepara usor si repede, iar cei mici ii vor adora! :)
Ingrediente (25 de buc):
- 100g faina alba ecologica
- 100g branza de vaci
- 100g unt
- 1 galbenus (pentru uns)
Framantam cu degetele faina, untul taiat cubulete la temperatura camerei si branza de vaci pana obtinem un luat maleabil. Il transferam pe o suprafata pudrata cu faina si il rulam cu sucitorul intr-o foaie de aprox 5mm grosime. Decupam biscuiteii cu formele dorite si ii transferam pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt sau folie de silicon pentru copt.
Ungem biscuitii cu galbenus si ii coacem aprox 15-20 min in cuptorul preincalzit la 170C, pana se rumenesc foarte putin pe margini. Eu am avut un ou de tara si au iesit „nesimtit” de galbeni! :)) Din aceste cantitati ies aprox 25 de biscuiti, o tava. Rontaia placuta! :)

Let’s nibble on some delicious crackers for toddlers, parents and not only :) Today’s menu features cottage cheese tender crackers, perfect for serving somewhere in the sun. Very little ingredients, easy and quick to make, the kids will love them! :)
Ingredients (25 pcs):
- 100 g whole purpose white flour
- 100 g cottage cheese
- 100 g butter
- 1 egg yolk (for topping)
Using your fingers, mix the flour, butter cut into cubes at room temperature and cottage cheese into a soft dough. Transfer on a surface powdered with flour and roll into a 5 mm sheet. Cut out crackers using desired shapes and transfer onto a large tray lined with baking paper or silicone baking sheet.
Grease the crackers with egg yolk and bake them in the preheated oven at 170 C for about 15-20 min, until slightly brownish on the edges. I had a free range egg that made the crackers too yellow! :)) These quantities make about 25 pieces, that is 1 large tray. Happy nibbling! :)
