Sa ne bucuram de acest weekend insorit si minunat de toamna cu un desert in ton cu vremea frumoasa de afara :) Biscuiti low carb cu dovleac. Am folosit Green Sugar Gold un indulcitor cu o aroma minunata de caramel fix ca aceea a zaharului brun. Si mai e si natural, si cu 0 calorii :)
Ingrediente (15 buc):
- 100g faina de migdale
- 3 lg faina de cocos
- 80g dovleac copt si pasat
- 80g unt
- 50g Green Sugar Gold
- 1 ou
- 1/2 lgt condimente pt turta dulce (cumparate de aici sau facute dupa aceasta reteta)
- 1/2 lgt praf de copt
- 15 banuti de ciocolata alba
Mixam oul cu Green Sugar Gold, adaugam apoi untul si dovleacul, omogenizam bine. Adaugam si ingredientele uscate: faina de migdale, faina de cocos, praful de copt, condimentele pt turta dulce. Puteti folosi doar scortisoara daca nu le aveti.
Modelam 15 bilute pe care le aplatizam usor, le asezam pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt sau planseta speciala pentru copt si le coacem la 180C timp de 17 min.
Imediat ce le scoatem din cuptor punem pe fiecare care 1 banut de ciocolata alba Green Sugar, acesta se va topi minunat :) Mai presaram putin Green Sugar Gold deasupra si putina scortisoara si ii servim. Sunt minunati!

Let’s enjoy the sunny weekend with a delicious healthy treat :) Low carb pumpkin cookies :)
Ingredients (15 pcs):
- 100 g almond flour
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- 80 g pumpkin puree
- 80 g butter
- 50 g Green Sugar Gold
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp gingerbread spice mix (store bought or made by this recipe)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 15 sugar free white chocolate drops
Mix the egg with the sweetener. then add the butter and pumpkin puree, mix well/ Add also the dry ingredients: almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, spices. You can use only cinnamon if you don’t have the spice mix.
Form 15 balls, flatten them with your hands, place them on a tray lined with baking paper and bake them for about 17 min at 180 C.
Right after removing them from the oven, add a chocolate drop on the centre of each cookies, it will melt nicely :) Sprinkle more sweetener and sugar on top and serve them they are delicious!
