Cafegiii vor fi incantati de ceea ce urmeaza :) Aceste bomboane cu cafea sunt tare aromate, gustoase, vegane si 100% guilt-free. Da, ati auzit bine :) De acum veti putea savura dimineata sau dupa-amiaza la cafea o bomboana delicioasa si sanatoasa, yuhuuu :))

Ingrediente*:

  • 200g caju hidratat timp de 4 ore
  • 4 lg ulei de cocos
  • indulcitor natural lichid, dupa gust (am folosit 4 lg de sirop de agave)
  • 100ml espresso cat mai tare, racit (sau cafea de cicoare)
  • boabe de cafea si ness/cafea de cicoare pentru decor :)

Turnam in blender cafeaua, uleiul de cocos si indulcitorul lichid. Un mic truc: deoarece avem o cantitate relativ mica de lichide, pentru a ajuta robotul, punem doar o parte din caju, procesam, apoi adaugam si restul. Compozitia trebuie sa aiba consistenta smantanii.

O turnam in forme de silicon pe care le introducem in congelator. Cand s-au intarit suficient, le ornam cu bobite de cafea si ness sau cafeluta de cicoare, pentru impresia artistica. Fantastice! :) Ce ramane pastram in congelator pentru ca se topesc repede :) Pofta mare!

Coffee addicts will be thrilled by what’s next :) These coffee bonbons are very flavored, tasty, vegan and 100% guilt-free. Yeah, you heard me! :) From now on you’ll be able to enjoy a natural, healthy bonbon with your coffee in the morning or in the afternoon, yuhuuuu :)

Ingredients*:

  • 200 g cashew hydrated for 4 hours
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil
  • natural liquid sweetener, to taste (I used 4 tbsp agave syrup)
  • 100 ml strong espresso, chilled (or cereal coffee)
  • coffee beans and instant coffee powder/ cereal coffee for decorating :)

Pour the coffee, coconut oil and sweetener in the blender. A small trick: because we have a relatively small quantity of fluid, we”ll put only half of the cashews, blend  and then add the rest. The texture must be like sour cream. pour the mixture into silicon molds and put them in the freezer. When hardened enough, decorate the bonbons with coffee beans and instant coffee, for the artistic impression. Fabulous! :) Leftovers will be kept in the freezer because they melt quickly :) Enjoy!
