Pentru ca a venit weekendul si am primit o gramada de bunatati de la prietenii mei My Protein, am pregatit o minunatie de reteta :) Bombonele de ciocolata cu caju, atat de gustoase si aromate, nu se compara cu nimic din comert de la raionul bomboane de ciocolata, ba au si o gramada de beneficii pentru organism, continand multe grasimi sanatoase si proteine de calitate.
Ingrediente:
- 100g ciocolata organica cu cacao si lichior
- 50g unt de cacao
- 50g unt de caju
- 3 lg xylitol
- 10 picaturi Flavdrops cu aroma de vanilie
- 30g ulei de cocos
- 1 praf de sare
Topim la bain-marie banutii de ciocolata si untul de cacao, rasnim fin xylitolul si adaugam apoi restul ingredientelor omogenizand bine totul cu un tel, pana obtinem o crema de ciocolata subtire si fina. Turnam compozitia cu grija in forme de silicon pentru ciocolata.
Puteti folosi orice forme de silicon aveti sau o tava de chec tapetata cu folie alimentara. Va va iesi o tableta de ciocolata pe care puteti ulterior sa o taiati patratele. Scoatem bomboanele de ciocolata din forme si le servim. Sunt super bune si atat de usor de facut! :)

It’s weekend and because I got a bunch of yummy ingredients from my friends from My Protein, I made these super amazing caju chocolates, so much better than anything you buy from the store and even with so many benefits for your body: healthy fat and quality proteins :)
Ingredients:
- 100 g organic dark chocolate, unsweetened
- 50g cocoa butter
- 50 g cashew butter
- 3 tbsp xylitol
- 10 drops of vanilla Flavdrops
- 30 g coconut oil
- 1 pinch of salt
Melt the chocolate and cocoa butter over a pot of hot water, finely grind the xylitol and add the rest of the ingredients, whisking well until you get a smooth thin chocolate cream. Pour the mixture into chocolate molds and place in the fridge to set.
You can use any silicone molds you have, or even a a loaf pan lined with clingfilm. Pop the chocolates out of the mold and enjoy. They’re super good! :)
