Va e pofta de ceva dulce dar care sa nu va faca sa va simtiti vinovati dupa? Et voila: bombonelele de mai jos sunt o varianta grozava, delicioasa si rapida, cu multe fibre, grasimi sanatoase si antioxidanti :D Bomboane raw de cocos si cacao.

Ingrediente (20 buc):

  • 150g fulgi de cocos (+extra pentru tavalit)
  • 2 lg cacao
  • 3-4 lg sirop de agave*
  • 1 lg tarate de ovaz*
  • 3-4 lg lapte de migdale
  • 1 lg psyllium
  • 1 praf de sare

Dupa cum probabil ca v-ati obisnuit deja, simplissim: amestecam toate ingredientele, adaugand dupa nevoie mai mult lapte de migdale sau mai multi fulgi de cocos pentru a obtine o consistenta maleabila. Formam bilute si le tavalim prin cocos. Sa avem pofta!

*Keto/low carb: folosim migdale macinate fin in loc de tarate de ovaz si un indulcitor adecvat: eritritol, tagatozaGreen Sugar, xylitol.

Are you craving for something sweet that doesn’t make you feel guilty afterwards? Et voila: these raw truffles are a great, delicious, and fast option, with plenty of fiber, healthy fat and antioxidants :D

Ingredients (20 pcs):

  • 150 g coconut flakes (+ extra for rolling)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 3-4 tbsp agave syrup*
  • 1 tbsp oat bran*
  • 3-4 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tbsp psyllium
  • a pinch of salt

As you’ve probably already got used, very simple: mix all the ingredients, adding more milk or coconut flakes if necessary, to get a soft doughy mixture. Form balls with your hands and roll them through coconut flakes. Enjoy!

*Keto/low carb: use ground almonds and a proper sweetener: erythritol stevia, xylitol, tagatesse.
