Eu una ador martipanul, vreau sa va marturisesc ca pot manca un baton mare instant :)) Nu prea e bine, mai ales ca cel din comert are sirop de zahar… Asa ca am zis ca mai bine mi-l prepar eu acasa, sa stiu ce pun il el, domne’! :) Am adaptat reteta originala, care se pare ca era doar din migdale, miere si apa si mi-au iesit niste bombonele dulci foc, si la propriu si la figurat :) Bomboane raw de martipan.
Ingrediente:
- 250g migdale crude*
- 4 lg sirop de agave* (sau indulcitorul natural preferat)
- 3 lgt apa plata
- ciocolata raw si fistic crud pentru decor (optional, dar tare estetic :)
Procesam migdalele in robotul de bucatarie pana obtinem o consistenta ca de nisip, adaugam putina apa si apoi si mierea. Trebuie sa ne iasa ceva lipicios, ca o plastilina. Modelam bilute, le stropim cu ciocolata topita la bain marie (la temperatura mica) si presaram fistic crud deasupra :) Mmmmmm…. Pofta mare!
*De preferat decojite, puteti folositi si cu coaja, dar vor iesi mai maronii bombonelele. Keto/Low-carb: folositi un indulcitor adecvat: eritritol, tagatoza, Green Sugar, xylitol dupa gust.

I simply adore marzipan, I could eat a whole bar in seconds :)) Which is very wrong, especially since the one I buy from the store has added sugar… So I thought I’d better prepare it myself, to use carefully selected ingredients, right? :) I used the original recipe, which seemed to contain only almonds, honey and water :)
Ingredients:
- 250 g peeled raw almonds (you can use whole ones, but the balls will have a darker shade)
- 4 tbsp agave syrup (or favorite natural sweetener)
- 3 tsp water
- raw dark chocolate and pistachio for decorating
Process the almonds in the food processor until you get a sand-like consistency, then add the honey and water. The result must be sticky, like plasticine. Mold small balls and drizzle them with melted chocolate and chopped pistachio on top :) Mmmmmm…. Enjoy!
