De mult timp nu mai facusem niste briose sarate, asa ca aceste briose aperitiv cu branza au venit la fix! :) Ilincai i-au placut la nebunie si le-am savurat cu totii la micul dejun alaturi de o salata gustoasa de rosii :)
Ingrediente (12 buc):
- 200g faina
- 100g branza (cheddar, emmentaler etc)
- 50g unt
- 2 oua
- 200ml lapte integral
- 1 lgt praf de copt
- 1/2 lgt sare
Frecam bine untul cu o lingura pana se inmoaie, adaugam apoi ouale si laptele. Intr-un bol combinam faina cu praful de copt si sarea si in acest amestec turnam putin cate putin din compozitia lichida.
La final incorporam branza data pe razatoarea mare. Coacem briosele in forme de silicon 30 de min la 170C, pana trec testul scobitorii. Copiiil le vor adora :) Pofta mare!
*Baby-friendly: folositi foarte putina sare si doar dupa varsta de 1 an.

I hadn’t made savory muffins in a long time, so these cheese muffins had a perfect timing :) Ilinca totally loved them and we all enjoyed these tiny savory treats over breakfast, next to a big tasty tomato salad :)
Ingredients (12 pcs):
- 200 g flour
- 100 g cheese (cheddar, emmentaler, etc.)
- 50 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml full fat milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Mix the butter with a spoon until softened, then add the eggs and milk. In a separate bowl combine the flour mixed with the baking powder and salt and slowly pour the wet mixture. In the end fold in the grated cheese. Bake these muffins in silicone molds at 170 C for about 30 min, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Your kids will love them :) Enjoy!
