Sunt mare fana legume si incerc sa o fac si pe Ilinca sa manance cat mai multe. Nu imi iese mereu, dar aceste briose aperitiv cu multe legume si branzica i-au placut mult :) Gustoase si hranitoare, sunt o idee foarte buna de a introduce legume in alimentatia piticilor; iar daca au o problema cu tot ce e verde de mancare, decojiti dovlecelul si omiteti mazarea :)
Ingrediente (12 buc):
- 250g faina alba
- 170g dovlecel (1 mare)
- 50g morcov (1 mic)
- 50g mazare*
- 100g emmentaler ras
- 125ml lapte
- 2 oua
- 150g iaurt
- 70ml ulei
- 2 lgt praf de copt
Dam pe razatoare dovlecelul si morcovul, le scurgem bine cu un prosop de bucatarie. Amestecam ingredientele uscate (faina si praful de copt), iar separat mixam ouale, laptele, uleiul si iaurtul.
Combinam cele 2 amestecuri si la final incorporam emmentaler-ul ras, dovlecelul, morocovul si mazarea. Impartim compozitia in 12 forme de briose tapetate cu hartii speciale si dragute :)
Introducem tava la cuptor pentru aproximativ 25 de minute la 180C, pana trec testul scobitorii. Foarte gustoase si hranitoare, pofta mare! :) *Puteti folosi mazare congelata, proaspata sau de la borcan. Reteta preluata si adaptata de aici.

I am a huge veggie fan and I try to make Ilinca love them, too. I don;t always succeed, but she really loved these savory veggie and cheese muffins :) Super tasty and nutritious, they’re a great idea to pack veggies into your little one’s menu; and if they have a problem with green foods, peel the zucchini and skip the peas :)
Ingredients (12 pcs):
- 250 g all purpose flour
- 170 g zucchini (1 large pc)
- 50 g carrot (1 small pc)
- 50 g peas (frozen, fresh or canned)
- 100 g grated emmentaler
- 125 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 150 g yogurt
- 70 ml oil
- 2 tsp baking powder
Grate the zucchini and carrot, drain them with a clean cloth. Mix the flour and baking powder, separately whisk the eggs, milk, oil and yogurt. Combine the 2 mixtures and in the end fold in the grated carrot, zucchini, peas and grated emmentaler.
Divide the mixture into 12 silicone muffin cases and bake in the preheated oven at 180 C for about 25 min, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Super tasty and nutritious, enjoy! :)
