Aveam mai multa carne de pui ramasa de la o supa si, pornind de la reteta biscuitilor aperitiv low carb am creat aceste super briose aperitiv cu pui si parmezan. Se fac super repede si sunt o gustare hranitoare perfecta. Nu mai zic ca sunt excelente cu unt si salata de rosii! :)

Ingrediente (12 buc):

  • 180g carne de pui, gatita
  • 100g parmezan ras
  • 30g masline fara samburi
  • 100g faina de migdale
  • 4 oua
  • 1 ceapa mica
  • 1 lgt praf de copt
  • 1/2 lgt sare

Maruntim carnea de pui, tocam maslinele si ceapa. Batem ouale intr-un vas incapator, adaugam apoi restul ingredientelor si omogenizam bine tot. Folosind o lingura de inghetata, repartizam compozitia in 12 forme de briose tapetate cu hartiute speciale sau forme de silicon pentru briose.

Coacem briosele in cuptorul preincalzit la 180C timp de 25-30 min, cu ventilatia pornita in ultimele minute, pentru a se rumeni frumos. Bune si caldute, si reci, miammmm! :)


I had a lot of leftover chicken from a soup and, starting from my low carb savory biscuits, I created these amazing chicken Parmesan muffins. They are super easy and quick to make and they’re a perfect healthy snack. Not to mention how delicious they are with butter and tomato salad! :)

Ingredients (12 pcs):

  • 180 g cooked chicken
  • 100 g grated Parmesan
  • 30 g pitted olives
  • 100 g almond flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Shred the cooked chicken, chop the olives and onion. Beat the eggs in a large bowl, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Using an ice cream spoon scoop out 12 balls and place them in a muffin pan lined with special baking papers.

Bake the muffins in the preheated oven at 170-180 C for 25-30 min, with the ventilation on in the last couple of minutes, to brown nicely. Delicious both warm and cold, yummy! :)
