Briose pufoase, fragede si aromate, pline de afine proaspete care se sparg in gura cand musti din aceste pufosenii, eliberand sucul delicios. Briose cu afine, perfecte la o ceasca de cafea sau ceai aromat :) Le veti incerca si voi, acum ca e plin de afine peste tot? :)

Ingrediente (12 buc):

  • 120g unt
  • 180g zahar / indulcitor
  • 2 oua
  • 1 lgt extract de vanilie
  • 125ml lapte
  • 125g smantana
  • 300g faina
  • 1 lgt praf de copt
  • 1 lgt bicarbonat de sodiu
  • 1 lgt scortisoara
  • 180g afine proaspete

Batem cu mixerul untul moale la temperatura camerei si indulcitorul, adaugam apoi ouale, unul cate unul. Mai mixam putin, apoi incepem si adaugam alternativ faina, laptele, smantana (sau iaurt grecesc), vanilia (acest extract imi place f mult si are un pret bun), praful de copt, bicarbonatul si scortisoara.

Amestecam afinele cu 1 lingura de faina, apoi le incorporam in aluat usor, cu o spatula. Ungem tava de briose cu putin ulei si adaugam hartiute pentru briose, apoi punem cu o lingura de inghetata din compozitie in ele.

Eu am mai presarat cate 2-3 afine si deasupra fiecarei briose + putin indulcitor granulat :) Coacem briosele aprox 25-30 min la 180C, pana trec testul scobitorii. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

Fluffy, tender and tasty blueberry muffins, with sweet blueberries popping in your mouth at every bite, releasing their wonderful juice. They are just perfect for tea or coffee, will you give them a try, now that there are fresh blueberries everywhere? :)

Ingredients (12 pcs):

  • 120 g butter
  • 180 g sugar / sweetener
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 125 ml milk
  • 125 g sour cream / Greek yogurt
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 180 g fresh blueberries

Beat the softened butter (at room temperature) with the sweetener, then add the eggs, one at a time. Mix a little more, then alternatively add the rest of the ingredients: flour, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder, vanilla, milk, sour cream (or Geek yogurt).

Coat the blueberries in 1 tablespoon of flour and carefully fold them in the dough. Grease a muffin pan with a little oil and line it with muffin paper cases. Spoon 1 ice cream scoop of dough into each cavity and bake for 25-30 min at 180C. Enjoy!
