Dragii mei, va propun azi niste briose usoare, cu multe fructe, fibre, putina grasime si indulcite foarte usor :) Briose cu banane, afine si ovaz. Perfecte la micul dejun, gustare sau pachetel :)

Ingrediente (18 briose):

  • 200g faina
  • 100g faina integrala de grau
  • 100g fulgi de ovaz
  • 1 lgt praf de copt
  • 1 lgt scortisoara
  • 1 praf de sare
  • 100g zahar brun nerafinat*
  • 2 banane coapte
  • 2 oua
  • 3 lg ulei vegetal (am folosit ulei de nuca)
  • 250ml lapte de migdale
  • 125g afine

Amestecam intr-un bol ingredientele uscate: faina alba, cea integrala, fulgii de ovaz, zaharul brun, scortisoara, praful de copt si un praf de sare. In alt vas pasam bananele cu o furculita, adaugam ouale batute usor, uleiul si laptele si omogenizam bine totul cu un tel.

Incorporam amestecul umed in cel uscat, adaugam afinele si punem din compozitie cu lingura de inghetata in forme de briose tapetate cu hartiute de copt. Presaram putin zahar brun si cativa fulgi de ovaz pe fiecare brioasa, arata dragut, tare rustic :) Coacem briosele aprox 25 de min in cuptorul preincalzit la 180C, pana trec testul scobitorii. Pofta mare!

*Baby friendly: omiteti zaharul si folositi, optional, putin sirop de artar sau miere, avand in vedere faptul ca mierea se ofera copiilor numai dupa varsta de 1 an, cu masura. La fel, sarea se foloseste tot dupa varsta de 1 an.

ENGLISH VERSION 

My dear readers, I’ve got the most amazing muffins for you today, light, with lots of fruit, plenty of fiber, low fat and slightly sweetened :) Banana, blueberry oatmeal muffins. Perfect for breakfast or a sweet snack :)

Ingredients (18 muffins):

  • 200 g white flour
  • 100 g wholewheat flour
  • 100 g oatmeal
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g unrefined brown sugar
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil (I used walnut oil)
  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 125 g blueberries

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: white flour, wholewheat flour, oatmeal, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and a pinch of salt. In another bowl mash the bananas with a fork, add the eggs lightly beaten, oil, milk and mix everything well with a whisk.

Incorporate the wet mixture into the dry one, fold in the blueberries and spoon mixture using an ice cream scoop in muffin cases. Sprinkle a little sugar and oat flakes on top of each muffin, it gives them a rustic cute look :) Bake at 180 in the preheated oven for about 25 min, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
